Last day of the weekend

After breakfast this morning, Ross dropped me at the Pavilion for my Bodypump class. As I walked into the gym, I checked the schedule and realised that the class didn't start until 11.45 because of the holiday. So instead I decided to work out on the cross trainer. I did 35 minutes before spending a lot of time stretching. I was glad I had done something.

I had a look around the shops and bought a top from Forever 21 before meeting Ross for a coffee at Coffee Bean. We then walked up to the fitness store and I went a bit nuts buying stuff for yoga and working out at home (see photo). From there we headed to the bookstore and I finally found a book to help me learn how to take photos of my jewellery.

Back downstairs and we picked up some shopping before heading home. By this time it was about 1. We spent the afternoon watching the Grammys which we had taped this morning. I read through my photography book and also continued reorganizing my beads.

About 6 we drove out to Sentral Train Station and went to Malaysian Airlines to finally get our refund for our return flights form Tokyo. It was relatively painless. From there we drove to Changkat Bukit Bintang and had dinner at The Social before walking to the Thai massage place.

We opted for 90 minute Thai massages. It was excellent! I was pushed, pulled, bent and stretched before being pounded with a herbal mallet (sounds terrible but felt great). Ross and I walked out of there feeling relaxed. We drove home and headed to bed as it was 10 by this time. It was a nice way to end a long weekend.
